The Pros of my stay at this hotel were incredible. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. They were as attentive as a personal butler, always there to cater to my needs with a smile. The cherry on top was the breakfast buffet, which offered a mouthwatering selection that was as satisfying as a gourmet feast.

I always return because the staff went out of their way to help me when I had a problem with my room at night. The hotel has everything I need: Wi-Fi, luggage storage, bar area, and it's wheelchair accessible. Can't wait to come back for New Year!

We had to smoke outside, on the street. Pity, there are no smoking rooms.

The room at Hotel Ibis Erfurt Altstadt was cozy and comfortable. The TV and free WiFi were great for relaxing and staying connected. The private bathroom with a hairdryer was a convenient touch. I loved the new sleep-easy concept!

Personally, I found the shower in the private bathroom a bit small. But, hey, that's just me.

Great location for a visit to Erfurt Altstadt. Excellent breakfast. Very good (and quiet) airconditioning. Our room had a great view on (the ruins of) the Barfüsserkirche. Good breakfast with fresh fruit. Safe parking facilities under hotel with ample space for €6 per night. We can recommend this hotel.

Difficult to find (even with navigator) partly due to road works in the vicinity and the one-way street system.

Whenever I visit, I always stay at this hotel. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, friendly staff, and a snack bar. I can easily find my way around with the help of the 24-hour reception. Plus, they even helped me find my lost barrette once. Perfect for a city break!

thin walls..i could hear a bit too much of what was going on next door.. not vacuumed under the desk..there was some debris still under there

clean room - comfy bed. great location - central enough to walk anywhere. staff was friendly and gave good local advice. liked that they didn't provide hand towels - saved on laundry. wifi worked well.

Because we were not familiar with the city, we had a bit of trouble locating the hotel. There were signs, but we did not see them right away. The location was very good for sightseeing. The staff was helpful. We would recommend this hotel to our friends and would stay there again.

Not fancy, but clean and a good value. Good breakfast buffet, availble early. Easy walk to Cathedral and Kraemerbruecke.

As bike riders, we loved the convenient location in the old town and easy walking distance to the train station. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
